Ukraine : “Russia is a facilitator”

Russia, ostracized by part of the international community, unapologetically defends "its" area of influence at Europe's doorstep. The expiatory victim of this cold war in disguise is Ukraine, with its 6,000 dead, one million displaced persons and devastated economy. The Russian Ambassador to the European Union, Vladimir Chizhov, still claims that peace is possible if, obviously, the Ukrainians give in to the pro-Russian separatists' demands as provided in the Minsk agreements signed in February.
