Some will say it is already too late, that the failure of the Eastern Partnership has forever ruined the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP). There is some truth in this, considering the growing influence of Russia – not to mention the annexation of Crimea - over several states bordering on the EU. It is a real demarcation line.
