EP president reacts to Russian blacklist

The president of the European Parliament has reacted with counter-measures to the publication of a Russian blacklist of personae non grata. In a press release dated 3 June, Martin Schulz announces the restriction of "free access to Parliament to the Ambassador [to the EU, Vladimir Chizhov] and one other named diplomat […] pending the lifting of the blacklist".
