Denmark's labour court (Arbejdsretten) has ruled against the low-cost carrier Ryanair. In a judgement handed down on 1 July, it held that trade unions had the right to take industrial action in Danish airports as long as Ryanair failed to respect Danish collective agreements for the staff it employs locally.
