It will be the first time since his election in July 2014 that Jean-Claude Juncker will officially visit the United Kingdom to meet David Cameron, on 25 May. A political event, if any. Neither during his election campaign nor after it did the president of the Commission cross the Channel to engage in a conversation with the British prime minister. 
The triumphant re-election of Cameron obviously changes the situation, in particular against the backdrop of whether or not his country…
